How it works
The engagement.
Pre-closing
Title order opens within one business day of executed contract. Curative work begins immediately on any issues.
Closing
In-person or remote, depending on jurisdiction. International signings via RON or in-person at the consulate.
Post-closing
Recording confirmed within 10 days. Final policy issued within 60 days.

- Which states do you handle?
- Florida, New York, New Jersey, and Texas directly. Other states via licensed underwriter partners.
- Can I close from outside the US?
- Yes. We coordinate remote online notarization in states that permit it, or arrange consulate signing where required.
- Do you handle FIRPTA?
- Yes — withholding, certification, and submission to the IRS on closing day.
