- Not all 50. We have admissions in Delaware, New York, Florida, and California. For matters outside those, we engage local counsel under our supervision.
- Do you handle litigation?
- No. We refer to litigation counsel and remain involved as your business advisor.
- Can you review contracts I already received?
- Yes. Send us the document; we quote a fixed fee within one business day.
