We file with the state and the IRS. Most filings complete in 3–10 business days.

- Do I need to travel to the US to form a company?
- No. The entire process is remote. You sign two or three documents from wherever you are.
- Which state should I form in?
- Delaware for raising capital. Wyoming for privacy. Your operating state if you have a physical presence. We make this recommendation on the first call.
- How long until I have an operating company?
- Three to ten business days for the formation. Two to six weeks for the EIN if no responsible party has a US SSN.
- Can I open a US bank account afterwards?
- Yes. We coordinate the introductions. We do not open the account on your behalf.
