The firm

We built a firm we wanted to hire.

IX Concierge exists because the standard model — separate firms for accounting, legal, escrow, and formation — wastes the time of the entrepreneur it's supposed to serve. Four firms means four engagement letters, four billing systems, four onboarding intakes, and four sets of people who don't talk to each other.

We are a single firm that handles all of that work. Our principals sit in the same building. When your accountant has a question for your attorney, they walk down the hall.

We bill transparently. We say no when the work is outside our practice. We don't take equity. We don't run automatic renewals. We write in plain English about what we did and what it cost.

What we believe

Operating principles.

One engagement.

Multiple disciplines, one team, one agreement. You don't repeat your story to each new person.

Plain English.

The work is technical. The explanation isn't. If you can't read the memo, we didn't write it well.

No automatic renewals.

If you don't need us next quarter, you shouldn't be paying us next quarter.

Transparency on cost.

Itemized invoices. Fixed fees where the work allows. Estimates before unscoped work begins.

If this is how you want to work, we should talk.
